    This is a generic training log that allows you to tracker your weekly mileage for an entire calendar year. It will simply ask you to input your data in a separate tab on the spreadsheet and then will provide a clean, readable summary of your training.

    Helpful table for quickly determining the pace needed to run to achieve your goal time for upcoming races. Table includes values for 5k, 10k, half marathon and full marathon races.

  • 18-Week Marathon Training Plan

    Detailed 18-week plan for building up to a full marathon race. This plan gives daily workouts and gives overall suggestions for weekly themes. I created this based on what I have done in previous marathon cycles. This plan is ideal for intermediate & advanced runners. Beginner runners should scale this plan down to avoid over-training.

    Compiled list of workouts to inject into your training plans. These include track intervals, longer tempo runs and everything in between.
